New Homes Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Countrywide. The main purpose of this role is to win instructions to new sites and develop relationships with developers in your area.

Key responsibilities

  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area to win instructions to new sites
  • Winning instructions to new sites and developing a strong pipeline of business opportunities
  • Gaining and keeping Sole Agency agreements with developers and property owners
  • Ensure the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company

Skills and experience required

  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer, or experience in Estate Agent, Residential Sales, Lettings Sales
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience with a focus on providing excellent service to customers and clients
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, email systems, and other relevant software
