About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at CaterShaw Recruitment. As a Sales Manager for New Developments, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our clients in the new homes sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend regular branch meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with developers, new home purchasers, and construction site personnel.
  • Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships, identifying opportunities for referrals.
  • Take accountability for your KPIs, income cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organization.
  • Develop and build on B2B relationships, maximize group revenue, and oversee the quality of instructions made through your consultants.
