HR & Training Administrator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Training Administrator to join our dynamic team at Family Care Group. As an HR & Training Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the HR team by handling a variety of administrative tasks across recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration: Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and responding to employee queries.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and track employee training and development programs, ensuring compliance and completion.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Provide support in updating payroll information and benefits administration.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Assist in ensuring HR policies are adhered to and generate reports on key HR metrics such as absence and training records.
  • General Support: Offer general administrative assistance to the HR team and handle sensitive information confidentially.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an HR, training, or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems: Employee records, training coordination, and HR software.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive and flexible team player with a customer-focused approach, a self-starter who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and empathy and care when dealing with employee queries and issues.
