Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Parkwood Holdings Limited. As a key member of our Business Support Team, you will provide administrative support to our operations teams across 10 depots in the North Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administration, finance, and office management support to the Business Support Team, Finance Team, and Operations teams.
  • Order and source office and grounds maintenance materials, manage filing, photocopying, archiving, purchase ledger, HR admin, payroll, and invoicing.
  • Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails in line with company processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with peers, clients, and suppliers at all levels in a professional manner.
  • Smart and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering excellent results.
