- Order and source office and grounds maintenance materials, manage filing and archiving, and process purchase ledger, HR admin, payroll, and invoicing tasks.
- Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails, adhering to company processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, clients, and suppliers at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
