Our Hospitality Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and lead a team of Hospitality Assistants. Based within the beautiful Buckshaw Retirement Village, Chorley, you will be responsible for ensuring quality checks and standards are met throughout the Bistro.

About the Role:

  • Deliver Customer Service training and coaching to Hospitality Assistants to ensure excellent support services within the Court.
  • Identify innovative approaches to test timeliness, quality, and care aspects of food and beverage service delivery.
