About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Design Lead to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital content and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Creative Direction: Develop and implement a creative vision for our digital content, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize and refine our digital content product portfolio, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our clients and target audience.
  • Enhance Digital Content Campaigns: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the engagement and quality of our digital content campaigns, using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Optimize Digital Campaign Content: Streamline workflows and reduce the need for extensive client design input, ensuring that our digital content is delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and Oversee Design Activities: Develop and implement plans to ensure that our digital content is delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Drive Continuous Enhancement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of our digital content, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance engagement and quality.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Proven experience in using Adobe Creative Suite to create and manage high-quality digital assets.
  • Understanding of Responsive Design Principles: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CMS such as Sanity or WordPress.
  • Skills in UX/UI Design: Proven skills in UX/UI design to create intuitive digital experiences that enhance engagement.
  • Proficiency in Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and experience with tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Digital and Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with digital and email marketing platforms for designing and managing campaigns.
  • Proven Track Record in Digital Design: Proven track record in digital design, with experience in a senior or lead creative role.
  • Significant Experience in Cross-Team Collaboration: Significant experience in cross-team collaboration and leading cross-departmental design projects.
