We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at a Packaging Design Agency based in the UK. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for leading the account and working closely with the creative team to deliver innovative packaging design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the account and develop strategic relationships with key clients
  • Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality packaging design solutions
  • Manage budgets and invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Oversee work-in-progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Manage and develop a team of junior client services and creative professionals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide creative vision and direction to the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in the packaging design industry
  • Strong budgeting and invoicing skills
  • Ability to oversee work-in-progress and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills
  • Strong marketing strategy and implementation skills
