Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually striking packaging designs for well-known brands. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating innovative packaging designs that resonate with consumers.
  • Collaborating closely with the Creative Director to align on design strategies for packaging and branding initiatives.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality design outputs.
  • Mentoring junior designers, providing guidance to enhance their skills and uphold design standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in packaging design for major FMCG brands.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced design environment, ideally within a packaging agency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
