We are partnering with a prestigious packaging design agency to find an exceptional Account Director to lead one of their most high-profile accounts.

About the Role:
You will be the primary point of contact for a major FMCG client, managing and nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of account managers and designers to deliver exceptional packaging design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main liaison between the client and the agency.
- Lead and inspire a team of account managers and designers to deliver exceptional packaging design projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business, market, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Strong background in managing FMCG accounts, with a track record of successfully delivering packaging design projects.
- Proven experience as an Account Director within a design or creative agency, established Senior Account Managers ready for a step up will also be considered.
