About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Design Lead to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, ensuring consistency and alignment with our business goals and values.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement digital design strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Design and develop high-quality digital products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Lead the design of digital campaigns and content, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and optimized for our target audiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into product development and launch.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our digital design capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital design leadership, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
