Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Lead to join our team and lead medium-scale digital initiatives. As a Digital Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, using a variety of methodologies to suit project needs.
  • Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Manage changes to keep projects on track, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate your project team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing IT projects from start to finish, with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • A flexible approach to project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
