About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Therapy Instructor to join our Community Therapy Team in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality therapy interventions in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy interventions to patients in their own homes, working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure effective care and support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy services, including service planning, quality improvement, and training.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including working evenings and weekends as required.

Person Specification

  • GCSE English and maths or equivalent.
  • NVQ or equivalent level of knowledge.
  • Previous experience working with client groups, particularly those with physical or mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic patient records.
