About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Therapy Instructor to join our Community Therapy Team in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality therapy interventions in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy interventions to patients in their own homes, under the supervision of senior staff.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy programs and services.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions to ensure high-quality practice and ongoing professional development.
Person Specification
- GCSE English and maths or equivalent.
- NVQ or equivalent level of knowledge.
- Previous experience working with client groups, particularly those with disabilities or impairments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use initiative.
- Knowledge of data protection, confidentiality, and health and safety.
