We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Therapy Instructor to join our Community Therapy Team in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality therapy interventions in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy interventions to patients in their own homes, under the supervision of senior staff.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy services, including service planning, quality improvement, and education.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions to ensure ongoing professional development and support.

Person Specification

  • GCSE English and maths or equivalent.
  • NVQ or equivalent level of knowledge.
  • Previous experience working with client groups, particularly those with physical or mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic patient records.
