Senior Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our gym, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym, including supervising staff and managing resources.
- To assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
- To help lead and deliver the commercial performance of the business, including driving sales and co-ordinating local marketing activity.
- To help lead and deliver the operational excellence of the club, including maintaining and developing standards and reputation.
- To deliver set KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry.
- Must be passionate about customer service and be an inspirational leader.
- Must be qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
- Must have experience in driving sales and helping to co-ordinate local marketing activity.
