About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our dynamic and growing independent accountancy practice based in Bolton. As an Accounts Senior, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparing statutory and management accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping duties
- Managing client finances and carrying out additional financial tasks as required
- Working closely with leadership to deliver on deadlines and building long-term relationships with clients
- Reviewing juniors' work and providing on-the-job mentorship and training
- Opportunity to progress into an Assistant Manager role and then to Manager
What You'll Need
- Newly qualified or experienced Accounts Senior with ACA/ACCA qualification
- Strong proficiency in cloud software and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and internal relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders
