About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to provide specialized care for children and young people, aged 13 – 18 years, in our residential homes. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, built on trust, empathy, and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
