About the Role

Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Planner Assistant to support rotary aircraft operations. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient planning and execution of aircraft maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and planning of aircraft maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational demands.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure resources, materials, and manpower are available for scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including updates to maintenance management systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Support the team in tracking aircraft maintenance progress and adjusting schedules as necessary to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and quality standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an aircraft maintenance planning or related role, ideally within rotary aviation.
  • Strong understanding of aviation maintenance regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
