Position Overview:

As a vital member of our Campaign Delivery Team, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator will oversee the execution and management of our ongoing marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of Tier 2 projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with workflow processes across our creative platforms.
  • Clarify project briefs and confirm deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Create detailed project timelines highlighting key milestones.
  • Collaborate with the creative services team to identify suitable resource partners for asset delivery.
  • Work closely with Channel teams to gather necessary content and digital assets.
  • Oversee the briefing of resource partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Manage rounds of revisions, ensuring consolidated feedback is gathered.
  • Review all outputs to maintain brand integrity and quality standards.
  • Participate in regular project status updates with the Campaign Delivery Manager.
  • Implement change control for any adjustments to original briefs, including budget and timeline modifications.
  • Ensure all final assets are archived appropriately in our digital asset management system.
  • Utilize campaign tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting in our analytics dashboard.
  • Conduct project debriefs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist Senior Campaign Executives with the management of Tier 1 projects and provide support during absences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management abilities with a knack for prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and cooperative, able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
