About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with stroke-related conditions, developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to stroke patients in the community, including assessments, treatments, and goal-setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in stroke rehabilitation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A recognized degree in Physiotherapy and a valid Health Professions Council license to practice.Experience working in stroke rehabilitation or a related field, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.What We Offer
