Job Title: Neuro Physiotherapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team at Fairlie Healthcare. As a Neuro Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to adults with neurological conditions. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, including those with physical disabilities and cognitive impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices and adapting to the needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in neuro physiotherapy, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a Neuro setting, with a focus on adult neurological rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.
