As a Rehabilitation Case Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and coordination between patients and external parties, guiding them through their rehabilitation process.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Rehabilitation Case Coordinator to become an integral part of our Treatment Services Team. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including managing referrals from insurers and employers, as well as organizing treatment for clients through our extensive supplier network. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate care.
This position offers diverse challenges, allowing you to:
- Collaborate with leading case management professionals, overseeing cases from initial referral to resolution, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Engage with insurers, solicitors, employers, and suppliers to gather referral information, coordinate treatment, and follow up with clients.
- Maintain and update case records on our specialized system to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Manage expectations and address concerns by fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders involved.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify the root causes of complaints and implement swift resolutions.
- Adopt a compassionate and thoughtful approach when making decisions regarding an individual's healthcare, considering the perspectives of all parties involved.

- Experience in the insurance or medico-legal field is highly desirable.
