Probate Case Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Probate Legal Assistant. As a key member of our Wills and Probate Team, you will work closely with our Probate Case Managers/Fee Earners to provide exceptional client service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, set up new cases, and provide service quotes.
- Administrative Support: Manage diaries, produce documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls, provide updates, and assist customers to ensure they receive exceptional service.
- Case Management: Prepare correspondence, chase information, and handle legal forms.
- Strong IT Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence to support clients in sensitive situations.
- Organized: Strong organizational and diary management skills.
- Empathetic Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: A legal background is preferred, but not essential; ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is crucial.
