About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Probate Legal Assistant. As a key member of our Wills and Probate Team, you will work closely with our experienced Probate Case Managers to provide exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, set up new cases, and provide service quotes.
  • Administrative Support: Manage diaries, produce documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls, provide updates, and assist customers to ensure they receive exceptional service.
  • Case Management: Prepare correspondence, chase information, and handle legal forms.
Requirements
  • Strong IT Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence to support clients in sensitive situations.
  • Organized: Strong organizational and diary management skills.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: A legal background is preferred, but not essential; ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is crucial.
