Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming new clients and setting up new cases
* Managing diaries and producing documents
* Handling inbound calls and providing updates
* Preparing correspondence and chasing information

Requirements:

* Strong IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence
* Strong organizational and diary management skills
* Empathetic communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
