Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting a visual identity that matches our world-class ambitions and designing new features that improve the lives of our merchants, recipients, drivers, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Identity: Develop a cohesive visual brand that reflects our company values and resonates with our target audience.
  • Product Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly products that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency in our design process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate design decisions and progress to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and engineers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with design systems and design operations.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
