About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Growth Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth by developing significant partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries to develop high-value partnerships
  • Generate and secure annual contracts worth £250,000+ within the Defence and Corporate sectors
  • Support the company's growth objectives by driving business development within the Defence and Corporate sectors
  • Manage the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training and consultancy services
  • Contribute to the long-term strategic growth of the business
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development, particularly in securing high-value contracts (£250,000+)
  • Experience working within the Defence, Corporate, or related sectors
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
