As a Senior New Business Manager at Headturner Search, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients. You will play a key role in expanding our clients' market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and growing revenue. This is a highly visible, senior-level position that requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target large-scale enterprise accounts across multiple sectors.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, including presenting tailored solutions to senior stakeholders.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry leaders.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to develop bespoke proposals and presentations.
  6. Track and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and positioning.
  7. Negotiate contracts and manage complex pricing and terms to ensure profitability.
  8. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  2. Demonstrated success in closing large-scale, high-value deals.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create compelling value propositions.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  5. Experience managing long and complex sales cycles, with an understanding of solution-based selling.
