About the Role:
As a Property Condition Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of the Asset Management Strategy along with its associated policies and plans. Your efforts will contribute to delivering a premier strategic asset management service.
In collaboration with a dedicated team, your responsibilities will encompass conducting detailed property surveys, performing technical inspections, offering expert advice and solutions, and managing contract administration.
About You:
Essential Skills:
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with mobile working and asset/property data collection applications.
- Familiarity with the Decent Homes/HHSRS standard and other relevant housing regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Knowledge of building pathology and general construction principles.
- Capability to comprehend, interpret, and present complex asset/property data.
- Experience with relevant asset/property database systems for in-depth analysis and interpretation of core property, strategic asset management, sustainability, compliance, and energy/decarbonisation.
