We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing, discussing, and creating detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact their daily living.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to gather information about individuals' conditions and how they affect their daily lives.
- Use your clinical knowledge and expertise to create detailed reports on the impact of individuals' conditions on their daily living.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
- Nurse Assessor qualification (Registered Nurse, Registered Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse).
- Minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong report writing, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
- A commitment to integrity and delivering a high-quality service.
