Role Overview:
As an Asset Condition Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in advancing the Asset Management Strategy and its related policies and plans. Your contributions will facilitate the provision of a top-tier strategic asset management service. Collaborating with a dedicated team, your responsibilities will encompass conducting specific property assessments, performing technical inspections, offering expert advice and solutions, as well as managing contract administration.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with mobile applications for asset and property data collection.
- A solid understanding of the Decent Homes/HHSRS standards alongside other pertinent housing regulations and best practices.
- Knowledge of building pathology and general construction principles.
- The ability to comprehend, analyze, and present complex asset and property data effectively.
- Experience with relevant asset/property database systems for in-depth analysis and interpretation related to core property management, strategic asset management, sustainability, compliance, and energy efficiency.
