Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £34,469 per annum (includes car allowance)
Role Overview:
As an Asset Condition Surveyor, you will play a vital role in executing the Asset Management Strategy and its associated policies and plans. Your contributions will help in delivering a top-tier strategic asset management service. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to conduct property surveys, perform technical inspections, offer expert advice and solutions, and manage contract administration.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in mobile working and asset/property data collection applications.
- Familiarity with Decent Homes/HHSRS standards and other relevant housing regulations and best practices.
- Knowledge of building pathology and general construction principles.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex asset/property data effectively.
- Experience with asset/property database systems for detailed analysis and interpretation related to strategic asset management, sustainability, compliance, and energy/decarbonization.
