Legal Secretary - Court of Protection

A highly respected Manchester firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Court of Protection team on a full-time basis. Based in well-equipped offices in the heart of Manchester City Centre, the successful candidate will work closely with a cohesive team of Secretaries, fee earners, and partners to deliver high-quality Legal Secretarial Duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to partners and fee earners, working closely with the partner and their team in all departments.
  • Manage complex diaries and organize travel arrangements.
  • Assist partners with daily secretarial duties, including audio typing.
  • Provide effective and high-quality secretarial support to the partner.
  • Utilize the most appropriate tools and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and contribute to the team's success by actively seeking to improve working processes.
  • Ensure all work is undertaken to the highest standard.
