Legal Secretary - Court of Protection Team

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Court of Protection team in Manchester City Centre. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide high-level support to partners and fee earners, managing complex diaries and travel arrangements, and assisting with daily secretarial duties such as audio typing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to partners and fee earners, including diary management and travel arrangements
  • Assist with daily secretarial duties, such as audio typing and document preparation
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Strong working knowledge of iManage and Bighand or similar tools
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Lync - Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
