We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will provide high-level support to partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth delivery of legal secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to partners and fee earners, including diary management and travel arrangements.
- Assist with daily secretarial duties, such as managing bundles and documents.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
- Ensure effective communication with Team Coordinators/Team Leaders to keep them apprised of task status.
- Follow team processes and procedures when undertaking tasks.
- At least 3 years of solid experience as a Legal Secretary, with Conveyancing experience being essential.
- Strong working knowledge of iManage and Bighand or similar tools.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Lync - Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Detailed and strong working knowledge of Elite billing.
- Excellent document management and filing skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and organisation skills.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
