Reablement Team Lead

At BlueGreen Recruit Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reablement Officer to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Reablement Officer will be responsible for supervising a team of Community Support Workers/Reablement Workers, providing reablement support to service users in their own homes. The successful candidate will ensure that staff are meeting Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and are working in accordance with directorate policy.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of Community Support Workers/Reablement Workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor working practices and quality assurance systems, ensuring that staff are working in accordance with agreed principles and guidelines.
- Assist in the provision of training and ensure that staff are inducted effectively, in accordance with the agreed programme.
- Liaise with the Call Centre and assist in daily and weekly programming changes for Community Support Workers/Reablement Workers as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have a strong understanding of reablement principles and practices.
