Position Overview

We are currently in search of a dedicated Credit Control Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who possess a passion for numbers and a commitment to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the processing of payments and the reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective clients and establish appropriate credit limits.
  • Maintain and update customer credit files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist the finance team in addressing any issues related to credit control.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance credit control processes and boost operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a credit control position.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing protocols and credit control best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
