Job Role / Duties:

Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.

Contribute to a wide variety of warehouse functions, including inbound, outbound, and stock control, to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.

Perform tasks such as lifting stock, wrapping pallets, tipping containers, and hygiene duties, adhering to all safe systems of work and standard operating procedures.

Pick and pack leisure and garden goods for orders going to B&Q stores and customers' homes, meeting high standards of quality and accuracy.

Opportunities for career growth and development exist, with the potential for temporary to permanent conversion after 12 weeks, as the client builds their core teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable: FLT licenses, although training can be provided.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the operation, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours and Compensation:

Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and additional compensation.

Basic rate: £11.92 per hour.

Additional night shift premium of £2.18 applies from 20:00 to 22:00.

Night shifts: Sunday to Thursday, with a rate of £14.10 (basic rate + £2.18 night shift premium).
