**Job Title:** Technical Administrator

**Contract Details:**

  • Contract length: 9-12 months
  • Location: Derby
  • Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella solution

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the engineering team to ensure compliance with all documentation, processes, and procurement activities.
  • Collate and maintain tooling documents and records to support record retention and standardization.
  • Ensure data and content in planning programs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Attend technical meetings as scribe and publish meeting minutes.
  • Support activities within TeamCenter, including placeholder creation, folder management, and revision control.
  • Liaise with program teams to ensure master planning tools are maintained.

**Requirements:**

  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to processes with a logical systematic approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and experience with SAP, TeamCenter, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication skills and experience as a scribe/minute taker.
  • Flexible to work to meet business demands at critical times.

**Security Clearance:**

This role requires a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. The successful candidate must be a UK national or in MoD-approved cases, a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
