Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will work as a Receptionist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at Millennium Management. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Arrange for couriers and deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of packages and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and common spaces.
- Answer and forward phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Supervise and support internal events, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
