Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff holidays, sickness, and other important documents.
  • Prepare and type up client quotations, invoices, and other business correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, printing, and uploading documents onto our electronic system.
  • Process warranty documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Record and manage annual leave and sickness for staff members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 9am and 12:30pm.
