Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of staff holidays, sickness, and other important documents.
- Prepare and type up client quotations, invoices, and other business correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, printing, and uploading documents onto our electronic system.
- Process warranty documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Record and manage annual leave and sickness for staff members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 9am and 12:30pm.
