Position: Salesforce Programme Manager

Location: Remote

Compensation: £600-£650 Per Day

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months

Overview:

In the capacity of Salesforce Programme Manager, you will take charge of the comprehensive implementation of Salesforce across our organization. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to outline project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the effective execution of Salesforce projects. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to foster innovation, enhance operational processes, and significantly influence the growth trajectory of TECHOHANA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete implementation of Salesforce solutions, encompassing planning, execution, and delivery stages.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to clarify project goals, scope, and success metrics.
  • Create and uphold detailed project plans, timelines, and financial budgets.
  • Work in conjunction with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to guarantee alignment and timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to senior leadership regarding project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
  • Promote user adoption and change management strategies to facilitate a seamless transition and maximize the benefits of Salesforce implementations.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine project processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience (X+ years) as a Programme Manager overseeing Salesforce implementations in a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, configurations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with a proven history of delivering intricate projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Strong grasp of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
