Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Darktrace Ltd. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in implementing Salesforce from scratch and driving business growth through effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Requirements Support: Collaborate with our business stakeholders to understand their CRM needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  2. Customized Solutions: Utilize the Salesforce platform to design and implement customized solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.
  3. Project Management: Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technicians to ensure seamless participation in all development phases, from testing to maintenance.
  4. Implementation Timelines: Create and manage implementation timelines and development goals to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Architecture and Infrastructure: Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure meets the scope of the Solution Design phase.
  6. Training and Development: Provide training to junior developers to upskill and share Salesforce knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful CRM projects.
  2. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the Salesforce IDE, proficiency in database scripting languages like MySQL, Apex, Native, and VisualForce, and intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C# language.
  4. Additional Requirements: Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification, Salesforce CPQ experience, and hands-on experience with different tools of Salesforce IDE.
