Salesforce Implementation Specialist

The position we are recruiting for is a Salesforce Developer, helping us implement Salesforce from scratch and the ground up. The successful person will have a number of years experience developing Salesforce into other companies and will help us achieve a great partnership with Salesforce. Ideally, this person will know best practices, some challenges which may arise and help guide our team through the integration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Provide Customised Solutions: Utilize the Salesforce platform to create tailored solutions that meet the business's unique requirements.
  3. Communicate with Project Managers and Stakeholders: Ensure effective communication with project managers, stakeholders, and technicians to ensure efficient participation in all phases of development from testing to maintenance.
  4. Create Implementation Timelines and Development Goals: Develop and implement timelines and development goals to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Ensure Implementation of Agreed Architecture and Infrastructure: Verify that the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure meets the scope of the Solution Design phase.
  6. Provide Training to Junior Developers: Share knowledge and expertise with junior developers to upskill and enhance the team's Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements:
  1. Previous Experience as a Salesforce Developer: Proven experience in developing Salesforce solutions.
  2. Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification: Hold a Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
  3. Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification: Possess a Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
  4. Strong Understanding of the Salesforce IDE: Have a solid understanding of the Salesforce Integrated Development Environment.
  5. Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification: Hold a Salesforce Advanced Admin certification.
  6. Proficiency in Database Scripting Languages: Proficient in various database scripting languages such as MYSQL, Apex, Native, and VisualForce.
  7. Intermediate Knowledge of Programming Languages: Possess intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C# programming languages.
  8. Intermediate Knowledge of APEX Coding Standards: Familiar with APEX coding standards.
  9. Salesforce CPQ Experience: Have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  10. Hands-on Experience with Salesforce IDE Tools: Experienced with various tools of the Salesforce IDE.
