About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Steadman Brown. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure Salesforce to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including designing and implementing custom objects, workflows, process automation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce best practices and recommend solutions to address client challenges.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support client adoption and system usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, new features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and insights to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, working on implementations, customizations, and support.
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud, with experience in Lightning Experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model and user management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
