Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Lead to join our team at Ebury. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our Salesforce CRM solution, ensuring it meets our business and regulatory requirements.

As a Salesforce Implementation Lead, you will work closely with our internal stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Client Services teams, to understand business requirements and develop a tailored solution that meets our needs.

You will have hands-on experience implementing the Salesforce platform from a techno-functional perspective and be able to ensure that our Salesforce instance is configured to meet our business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its various objects and capabilities, and be able to configure and customize the platform to meet our needs.

You will also be responsible for scoping out future requirements for our Salesforce instance and training our back-office teams on using the new CRM solution.

This is a contract post, and the individual will report to our VP Engineering and work closely with our Technology staff to implement the core processing engine.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Implementation Lead who can bring their expertise to our team and help us achieve our business objectives.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience implementing the Salesforce platform from a techno-functional perspective
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its various objects and capabilities
  • Ability to configure and customize the platform to meet business requirements
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong communication and project management skills
About the Role
