We are a global consulting firm that specializes in Salesforce implementation and project management. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients, and we are looking for a talented Salesforce Consultant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to lead requirements workshops, take ownership of process mapping, and oversee the design and build of custom solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects and will be able to display technical and functional skills across a range of exciting Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements workshops and take ownership of process mapping
  • Oversee the design and build of custom solutions
  • Display technical and functional skills across a range of Salesforce projects
  • Work with senior client stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
  • Translate business problems into solutions using Salesforce configuration capabilities
Requirements
  • Excellent Salesforce consulting skills with experience across the full project/delivery lifecycle
  • Hands-on technical experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • A can-do, proactive attitude and happy to wear different hats on different projects
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Salesforce certifications are desirable
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50k-£65k (dependent upon experience) plus benefits including an annual bonus (paid quarterly), private medical, mobile phone allowance, up to 5% matched pension, and 25 days holiday. You will also have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and develop your skills and expertise in Salesforce.
