Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Cytiva within assigned accounts and territories, specifically focusing on the Genomic Medicine segment.
- Driving business growth, increasing market share, and achieving sales and order targets while maintaining expected profit margins. Successfully promote all relevant business technologies and capabilities.
- Providing technical assistance, coordinating with specialists as necessary, and aligning with customer workflows to develop and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Engaging in prospecting, forecasting, proposal generation, sales quotation preparation, and planning customer visits across all levels of the organization.
- Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions, while facilitating tender responses in collaboration with product sales specialists as required.
What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Extensive commercial experience within the Life Sciences industry.
- Knowledge of territory sales planning and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, solution selling, and funnel management.
- Strong skills in MS Office; familiarity with QlikSense and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language.
