Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Cytiva within assigned accounts and territories, specifically focusing on the Genomic Medicine segment.
  • Drive business growth, increase market presence, and achieve sales targets while maintaining expected profit margins through effective promotion of our diverse technologies and capabilities.
  • Deliver technical assistance, collaborating with specialists as necessary, to align with customer workflows and develop solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Engage in prospecting, forecasting, proposal generation, sales quotation preparation, and customer visits across all levels of the organization.
  • Negotiate master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions, while facilitating tender responses in collaboration with product sales specialists as required.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Have several years of commercial experience within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of territory sales planning and market dynamics.
  • Exhibit proficiency in sales techniques, including cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, solution selling, and funnel management.
  • Show strong skills in MS Office; familiarity with QlikSense and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Possess excellent English language proficiency.
